Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Wesnoski Coaching Inc. ("Wesnoski Coaching," "we," "us," or "our") is a health coaching practice incorporated in British Columbia, Canada.

We are the controller of the personal information described in this Policy. That means we decide what is collected and why, and we remain responsible for it even where a service provider handles it on our behalf. This Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who processes it, and the rights you have over it.

2. Information we collect

Through this website. The website is a marketing and education site. It does not ask for or store health information. It collects only standard analytics such as device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed and time on page, and only in the ways described in Section 6.

Through our coaching app and intake, once you become a client.

  • Name, email address, phone number, and mailing details
  • Date of birth, age, and biological sex
  • Health history including conditions, medications, supplements, allergies, and past surgeries
  • Bloodwork and other lab results that you upload or send to us
  • Biofeedback data including sleep, energy, mood, digestion, cycle, and training notes
  • Goals, lifestyle context, and personal information you share during intake, check-ins, and conversations
  • Payment information when you enroll in coaching
  • Messages, emails, and other communications between you and our team

3. How we use your information

  • Interpret your bloodwork and biofeedback to design and adjust your protocol
  • Communicate with you about your case, check-ins, and questions
  • Process payments and manage your coaching engagement
  • Improve our services, content, and the coaching app
  • Send you educational content, updates, and (with your consent) marketing communications
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

4. Service providers

We use third-party services to operate the practice. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

  • LaunchSite OS provides our coaching app, which is where client health information is stored and where protocols, check-ins and messages are delivered. LaunchSite acts as a processor on our instructions. Its published commitments state that consumer health data is encrypted in transit and at rest, protected by row-level access controls, and is not sold, not used for targeted advertising, and not used to train AI models. LaunchSite is not a HIPAA covered entity. Its health data terms are published at launchsite-os.com/health-data-privacy.
  • AR Funnel / GoHighLevel for our CRM, application form, calendar booking, payment processing, and email automation.
  • Stripe for payment processing where applicable.
  • DocuSign for service agreement signatures.
  • Mailgun for transactional email delivery.
  • Cloudflare for content delivery and infrastructure.
  • Google Workspace for email and document storage.
  • Google Analytics for website measurement.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel for measuring website activity and showing our content to people on Meta platforms.
  • Metricool for website and social measurement.

We do not sell your health information, and we do not sell client records. The Meta Pixel described in Section 6 shares online identifiers such as cookie IDs and IP address with Meta for advertising measurement and targeting. Some US state privacy laws treat that kind of transfer as a "sale" or as "sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising" even when no money changes hands. You can stop it at any time using the controls in Section 6.

5. Health data

Health information is collected only after you become a client, through intake, check-ins and the coaching app. This website does not collect it.

We use your health information solely to deliver coaching to you. We do not send health information to advertising platforms, and no advertising or analytics tag runs inside the client area of the coaching app. Access within our team is limited to the people who need it to deliver your coaching.

Reading a guide on this website is ordinary web activity, not health information you have given us, and no guide is gated behind a form. The events we record from guide pages are described in Section 6.

6. Cookies, analytics and your choices

Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work are always active. Everything else is listed below.

What the guide pages record. When you pass roughly three quarters of the way down a free guide, or click through to the application from one, we record that as an event. Google Analytics receives which guide it was, so we can tell which material is working. Meta receives only that an event happened, with no indication of the subject matter, so the topic you were reading is not shared with an advertising platform.

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, none of the providers above load until you accept them. You are asked on your first visit, and nothing in the table runs unless you choose Accept. To change your mind later, use the Cookie Choices link in the footer of any page.

If you are elsewhere, these providers load when you open the site. You can block them in your browser settings, through the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or through your Meta ad preferences. The Cookie Choices link in the footer also lets you turn them off for this site.

7. Data storage and security

We store your information on servers operated by reputable third-party providers, primarily located in the United States and Canada. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

That said, no system is perfectly secure. While we take protection of your information seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You share information with us at your own risk.

8. Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your coaching engagement is active and for a reasonable period afterward, in accordance with our business needs and any applicable legal or tax requirements. Client records, including bloodwork and case notes, may be retained for up to seven (7) years after the end of your engagement.

You may request earlier deletion of your information, subject to the limitations described in Section 9.

9. Your rights

  • Access. Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
  • Correction. Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion. Request deletion of your information, subject to our legal and contractual retention requirements.
  • Withdrawal of consent. Withdraw consent at any time for any processing that relies on it. For website tracking, use the Cookie Choices link in the footer.
  • Marketing opt-out. Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
  • Complaint. File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, the UK Information Commissioner's Office, or your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at farren@wesnoskicoaching.com. We do not charge for this and we do not treat you differently for asking.

10. International clients

We work with clients across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Australia, India, Taiwan, Mexico, and other countries. If you are located outside of Canada, your information may be transferred to and stored in Canada or the United States.

For clients in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, we process your information to perform our coaching agreement with you, and on your consent where consent is the applicable basis. You have additional rights under the UK GDPR and the GDPR which we will honor on request.

11. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date shown above. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email or in-app notification.
