Client records, including bloodwork and case notes, may be retained for up to seven (7) years after the end of your engagement.
You may request earlier deletion of your information, subject to the limitations described in Section 9.

We work with clients across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Australia, India, Taiwan, Mexico, and other countries. If you are located outside of Canada, your information may be transferred to and stored in Canada or the United States. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.
For clients in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your information based on your consent and the necessity to perform our coaching agreement with you. You have additional rights under the GDPR which we will honor on request.
Our services are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date shown above. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email or in-app notification.
